GHCs roots in manufacturing date back to the 1960s in the UK with a local factory established in Nottingham. Since then a strong business has been flourishing in the garment manufacturing industry.

Midlands based expansion
The company derived the expansion of its activities in line with the demands of the market. The expansion of the operations across Midlands was intended to achieve higher growth prospects.

Multiple site expansion in Midlands
The company announced its plans to fuel its UK operations by setting up a strong network of production sites in the Midlands region.

Expansion to London and Manchester
The company chose to invest and expand its range of operations across the largest economies in England i.e London and Manchester.

Factory established in India
The GHC Group envisaged the business opportunities in the most attractive market of India and decided to capture the rapidly growing consumer class with the establishment of its factory in the country, which simultaneously created numerous employment opportunities for the local economy.

Expansion into FMCG
With the regionalisation of supply and demand, GHC planned its expansion into the FMCG sector to focus on the target markets where products are manufactured and sold directly.
